📝 About Game

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is a return to the roots of the Assassin’s Creed franchise, focusing heavily on stealth, parkour, and story-driven gameplay. Set in 9th-century Baghdad during the Islamic Golden Age, players assume the role of Basim Ibn Ishaq, a cunning street thief with a mysterious past, who is recruited by the Hidden Ones—an early form of the Assassin Brotherhood. Unlike recent Assassin's Creed entries which were massive open-world RPGs, Mirage brings back a tighter, more focused experience, similar in style to the original AC games. The city of Baghdad is beautifully crafted with historical accuracy, featuring bustling markets, rooftops for fluid parkour, and narrow alleys perfect for stealth assassinations. Gameplay emphasizes classic stealth mechanics—blending into crowds, rooftop escapes, smoke bombs, and instant kills from the shadows. Basim’s story is personal and intense, with strong narrative moments that explore identity, loyalty, and freedom. Mirage also introduces improved parkour animations, including pole-vaulting and ledge-to-ledge swings, offering more dynamic movement across rooftops. The combat system is faster and deadlier but encourages you to avoid direct conflict. Visually, the game is stunning with rich colors, detailed textures, and ambient life in the streets. Historical and cultural depth is preserved through real-world landmarks and an in-game codex that educates players about the Abbasid era. With Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Ubisoft delivers a nostalgic yet modern stealth-action experience that appeals to longtime fans and new players alike. It’s a tightly woven, 20–25 hour story with deep atmosphere, strategic gameplay, and immersive world-building.
